Where do I find my submission ID?
It’s in three places:
- Delivery email from lease@leasedrafts.com — last line of the body: “Submission ID: ...”
- Order confirmation email sent right after payment — same line.
- The URL of the post-payment status page: it looks like leasedrafts.com/success?submission=51d63544-d3b3-... — copy the value after submission=.
If you can’t find it anywhere, email support@leasedrafts.com with the email address you used and we’ll look it up for you.
Refund policy
- · Window: 7 days from when the PDF was delivered to your inbox.
- · Amount: Full $49, refunded to the card you used.
- · Timing: Stripe issues immediately; appears on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
- · PDF: Stays in your inbox. We do not claw back the document.
- · After 7 days: We still consider refunds case-by-case over email. Be honest about why and we usually say yes.
